When using the FM editor, which database option do you load up/save so that the changes you make actually show up in your game?

I just want to change some team names, something that was simple and easy to do in the FM06 editor but unneccesarily complicated in FM07's editor.

There's three options when I load up the editor, so which one do I use?...

I've tried all three but when I load the game up, the changes haven't happened. Anybody got any idea why?

Additionally, does anybody know of an editor where you can just change the team names instead of waiting an hour for FM editor to load and then another hour for the FM editor to save?

Im having exactly the same problem.

But no-one seems to want to help today!

When you downloaded the 7.0.1 patch did it fully load? Cos on mine it stopped half way through but on the editor it is still an option.

I've no idea tbh but when I load up FM, I just see "Version: 7.0.0863" or something like that. Basically, it doesn't just say 7.0.1.
