I've downloaded the Football Manager 2007 7.0.1 patch and now i don't know how to change the database with these details HELP plz

There is a dropdown option on the new game setup screen to choose which database you want to use. 7.01 should be an option.

If you want to edit the 7.01 databse, go into the editor and again choose the 7.01 option.
