Hi i know this is cheating big time but i thought would be cool to see how good a team can be when some players are maxed on almost everythin but when i do this using FMM after about two weeks there stats drop dramatically is there anyway i can stop this.

Any help would be great cheers

I think it has to do with how much you play them, and how good your tem is over all performing, that and club reputation and your coaching staff.

The reason they drop is because their ability doesnt allow them to have those stats your best way to do it is to do it in the official editor and start a new game also adjust their current and potential ability.

What Ic3man said about changing ability as well. You can do this in FMM as well though, instead of using the official editor.

Even if you do that there stats will still drop unless you have made super coaches and have a five start training set up.
