I'm thinking of creating a few countries leageus, onese that arn't in the game, if you could please tell me leageus that you'd like in the game then just say and help me create them.

Also is it possibly to create the Isthmain Premier League and other's playable.

It is not possible to create leagues, sadly. It is only possible to replace existing leagues. I think there has been an attempt to create the Isthmian league by some people, however I don't know whether they succeeded. If you are interested in replacing leagues, you should take a look at Anikin's work, that is pretty good. Also look for at tutorial that is roaming this forum and deals with replacing leagues
