I'd like to create lithuanian league. How could I do that?

You can't create a new league. Only way would be to change an existing league into a Lithuanian league.

do you know what i should exactly change?

when i tried to change a slovenian league into lithuanian, i swapped all the clubs, but then all LT clubs became slovenian then i tried to change nation to lithuania and it doesn't worked...

any ideas?
