Now the season is drawing to a close and we are all slowly starting to look forward to FM2008 whenever its arrives maybe now we can decide as a group what the top 5 tactics posted on here was on this seasons game. Was it minimal Fuss? Was it WWfan? Or was it some little gem that no-one has really noticed?
Feel free to post what you feel has worked best for you this time round and let applaud the great work people put into the game to create the best tactic possible!

| I've yet to find one that really "works wonders" but I'm working on one of my own. (See "Liverpool 70's-80's experiment")
And the part about waiting for the release of FM08 - not bloody me mate, you know rightly it'll be riddled with bugs, I'll wait till the final patch is released after January. |

I don't really mean the 'wonder' tactics, more the ones that people have had most success with. Lets be honest hundreds of tactics are posted on here with many claiming to be amazing, wonderful, unbeatable blah blah blah. So all this thread is here for is for people to discuss what they feel has been the most successful tactic for them and to seperate the good tactics away from the basically crap ones!

I've had reasonable success in a game with Arsenal using FuSS' Minimal_FuSS v3. But I made modifications to the tactic using kristianhnohr's approach of countering whatever the AI's throwing at you

It's a close one between Millies M442 and Asmodeus's Slider Apathy.
I go for Millie.
Also a big shout out to Abramovic's AI tactical behaviour, which provided a good insight to the game at least for me.

If asking my personal opinion on tactics in this forum.
Best for me: Crazy Gra's 4-2-2-2. EPL champs with Man City in 1st season.
2nd: Minimal Fuss v4. League runner ups with Everton in first season.
3rd: Crash the Deck by.. Bomber something (can't remember the user sorry).
4th: Eramus by Jep. 4th with Livorno who has a team with poor players yet high expectations.
5th: Victory or Death by .. can't remember either. League runner up and Champions League winners with Real Betis in 2nd season.
However, I do tweak the tactics myself and it is important to know that I have not tested a lot of the tactics on the forum because I prefer making my own and thus, what I chose are of my own opinion of those tactics I tested.

Of course Ubos, i am similar to you, i like to try tactics but dont get around to all of them. I just like the idea now of everyone sharing what has and hasnt been a success this year with them (In a tactics sense only though)
