Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Ok i have cme to the conclusion that it's best to have many coaches with high attributes in a coupl of areas.

Would it be better to try and get one coache for each area and have him only train that area?
Or maybe to set them all to train in all areas?

It depends. If your board allows you to have many coaches you can sign many of them to have one coach good in one area. However in small clubs board usually forces you to limit amount of backroom staff so you'll have to look for coaches that are good in more areas.

Personally, I prefer to have more coaches. I'm almost always over the board's limit of coaches (usually 2-3 coaches over the limit) but my results in league are good and the board seems not to pay attention to that.

Even if you are a small club you can sign as many coaches as you need -

Look for older players who have not retired yet and have a 'non-playing' profile. If you sign them as players you can then offer them new contracts as player/coaches and the board will not block it.

You should aim to have one coach per area of training (until you get to a really big number of players!)
