How do you scout most efficiently when you want to get a report card on EVERY PLAYER IN THE GAME but ur scouts don't have knowledge of the whole world?

I've tried going from domestic team to domestic team, but a lot of their players are greyed out, in which case i can't highlight all and then scout. Is there a way to highlight just the players who aren't greyed out? Also, if u have a screen full of players u would like to scout, but one of the is already being scouted, is there a way to highlight all the players except that one and then scout them all?
Also, is there a way to scout a whole shortlist instead of it maxing out at like 45 players or whatever?

Well if you wnat to use a :eek: Cheat method you could download FM Genie and that will tell you the best potential players from your current save game.

Grey players are only there to make up numbers,there not real players, so you can't scout them, or sign them

What ive been doing is player searching, then filtering players based from one country to another, and just highlighting and scouting all the players from each country. unfortunately that doesnt solve all the players that dont show up...
theres no other way??
is there some cheat to get report cards for every player?
