why can't i set any of my players to tutor my youngsters?

Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

retired_jilliankcrabtree Newb Join Date: Jan 2008 Posts: 0 Rep Power: 0	why can't i set any of my players to tutor my youngsters? After playing in England i had no trouble setting experienced players to tutor youngsters. Now, i have played 3-4 seasons in both Spain and Italy, but when i select "player interaction" and scroll to "player relationships(?)" my players NEVER seem to have any connections with any other player. Thus, making them unable to tutor. Am i doing something wrong?
