If I select a certain Mentality to each player, will it make a difference what Team Mentality I select?

My Q is of course also about Tackling, Closing Down, Creative Freedom etc.

Read somewhere about Cleon saying that Team Mentalities and Player Mentalities goes hand in hand and he said that it can be found in the manual.

I lost my manual so i can't prove it.

Go global, mate, with just your CBs on defensive, and have your assistant manager take care of team talks. this is the secret to success I have found

With all due respect to Cleon, his assertion is incorrect. How do I tell? Here is how:

1. Go to Tactics menu.
2. Go to View, then choose Tackling.

In this view, you see that you can "check" and set individual tackling settings. You'd also see that, "unchecked" players have their tackling set to what you have in Team Settings Tackling.

This proves that by default players get what Team settings are, then you can override with Individual settings.

i'm gonna have to agree with you because if you have your team mentality set to attacking and you go to your profile and style of play will say something different usually!
