I have been playing Champ manager then football manager for about 14 years and always enjoyed it.
The thing is that i have always came on to sites and mainly downloaded tactics from other people which some people may call lasy but i just enjoy getting a decent tactic and playing without too much hassle and basically buying the players i like to fit the formation and playing away enjoying the game.Also i have tried my own tactics but i end up going bananas.
on this the latest version i have downloaded loads of tactics and to be honest i have not had much success.
i know that people will say that i should be looking into it more and creating my own tactic but i believe there are lots more people like me who like to download others tactics and use them.
I think the people who take time to post tactics on here are doing a great job and i thank them.
My question is ?
Are they days of just downloading a good tactic that doesnt need tweaked and you can just play away gone ?
If so i feel that i will probably end up stop playing the game because its doing my head in.Which i dont want to do because i have been playing a long time and find it enjoyable until this version which i find incredibly hard.
Well, gulp1502; there is no shame in downloading and using someone else's tactic. Some of the people may look down upon you, but dont worry! Some of them tend think that they have a higher moral ground..
At thi spoint, I must say, that there are some well developed tactics on this board. But the realism (yes people shoot me!) in FM 2007 means that no tactic is perfect day in day out.
Sooner or later you will be countered. That is football.
I am afraid that so far, no tactic that would give you endless runs exists for FM2007! Although like I said before, there are a fair few here that will give you very decent results.
