i bought sergio sguero last season and have made an instant impact scoring 43 goals in 45 appearances..
but i have a feeling i burnt him out..
this season he is not up to the standard scoring very few goals...
will he gain his form back if i start resting him or is he burnt out forever in my team??

maybe the a1 teams have figured him out, try changing his instructions and see if that works also have you changed your squad since last season, maybe he is getting the supply he did last season

compared to last season my first team have changed a lot..
i have 4 new players in my first team...
2 centre back, 1 fullback and a left winger..
could that be the reason?

i noticed that even before the season ends, the AI has already figured out your tactic. So in the next season, your tactic wouldn't be so effective as in the previous season unless you use different tactics in each game which i do.

Secondly, during the first season, players who play well with each other end up becoming their favoured personnel which means that they play more effectively than those new recruits.
