I play like that on my Barca game (or sometimes tuck Ronaldinho and Messi inside to play with 3ACMs rather than two wingers).
sven - I had that worry about a lone striker. I do the same as what Cereal_Dave says, and have Eto'o as the lone striker, but don't have him holding the ball up - he's better running in behind the defence.
Eto'o does my nut in though - he's perfect for this formation (for me anyway) - he creates loads, is quick, finds good spaces etc. but his composure is terrible. He misses far too many for my liking. I usually sell him early on and try and bring in someone with similar attributes, but higher composure.
