How do you make a player happy again after he becomes unhappy?
Im in charge of AC Milan and didnt play Ronaldo for a while after he recovered from injury. He became unhappy and wanted to leave the club. I have put him in the starting 11 since then, but he is still unhappy. Do I continue to keep him in the first team or is there any other way to make him happy again?

the only way ive managed to make a play happy again is to give him a new contract, but it was only a matter of time until he was unhappy again. either wait and hope it all blows over, or sell him. thats pretty much all you can do

So it's not just me then. It seems that in almost every game Ronaldo doesn't settle at Milan I don't really know how to sort out a player that doesn't sttle. The simplest way is to win football matches I guess.
Better still sell him, though he is very good.

One way to improve your relationship with him is to ask him for a recommendation for a new coach, scout or player and then when he comes up with one, sign them.

he dislikes Milan in the game.. is the reason why he "develops" personal problems. Think I can wait till he starts liking.. OR offload him next season <shrug>

I have no idea if this will work as i have not been in your position before. But generaly i wil try to 'butter up' the player i wish to sign through the mid season with complements about their ability (found in player interaction). if you do this enough over time (acheivable in 1 season) then they have you as a favourite person. it may help them settle when playing for you.
