Ive Started a new season and i have just got a new batch of youngsters and my assistant manager has singled out a player who is possibly one of the best players of his generation. how do i make sure he reaches his full potenial. is there any speacial training i can give him. all advice is welcome

If you have a scout or a coach with high attribute for scouting future potential, I would free transfer the player, scout him double-quick and you will then have a more accurate estimate of his true future potential. You can then re-sign him if he does have potential to be one of the greatest of his generation.
