Basically what I did when I got Derby up. Used Howard as target man set 'to head' and he won almost every single header he went for. Then I had Lupoli running onto his flicks and also the two wide men getting the flicks aswell.

I use crossing 'mixed' for strikers like Lupoli because they go for goal more instead of always looking for the cross.
