this game i tried narrowing more the width and setting defensive line on the default (normal, middle )as well ass focus passing through the middle.
i played excellent football attacking wise but yet again, suffered two goals, one came off from a corner that deflected to the 20 yards and a long shot from mozart ( mc ), the other goal came off from a free kick cross and bazhenov header in.
again, i feel most of my troubles came from the wings ( i suppose its all connected to closing down. )

as you can see, i possessioned the game and yet suffered 2 goals.

whats RoT ?
| It comes from Tactical Theorums & Frameworks.
Rule of Two - each player has another teammate within two mentality "notches" of another.
So, if the DCs are on 8, the DL might be on 10, the MC on 12, the wingers on 14 and a striker on 16.
RoT is outdated in my opinion, and has been ditched in TT&F really for a RoO (Rule of One - similar to RoT, but obviously with only one notch between players). With the TT&F, we're still experimenting with RoT in some situations, but it seems rather difficult to get right. </BLOCKQUOTE>
Thanks man , I read the Tactical Theorems and Frameworks forum but I couldn't sort out what RoT meant |

In nearly all of these games the opposition is getting more of the ball in your "third" than you are, implying that they are making more effective use of their possession, and probably creating much better opportunities than you.
I've also noticed you focus a lot of play through Riqueleme, yet his pass completion isn't that hot. He's not getting as many key passes as you would expect from a player getting 40 passes a game. Are you using him as a playmaker? If so, I would stop or at least look at either providing him with more passing options and/or changing his settings.
Overall, your possession and pass completion stats don't look that terrible, but it looks very much like an efficiency issue.
I would look over your games again and pay particular attention to Riquelme (AMC?). He seems to be the main man in your side and he also seems to be either underperforming or not given the chance to perform.
Capvelda is the other man (DR?). Why is he getting so much of the ball? Why is he doing so little with it? Have a look at your games and try and work out why. Josemi seems to get a lot of the ball too. Are you focussing the ball down the wings, because it doesn't seem to be filtering forward very well.

i used to focus pass mixed, now its through the middle.
riquelme is ticked on free role, and therefore he gets the ball alot, he also has high creative freedom and fwr mixed, rwb mixed, long shots often and ttb often, cross rare and from deep. riquelme is also given the passing slider of 2 ( short, very short. ) because i dont want him to give away possession.
i got no idea how come my fullbacks get the ball so much.
yet, i still suffered a lose now, and both goals came from set pieces.
still can't get it all right :/ any suggestions Mille? anyone else wanna come up with something?
i play DL 4 on away ( 1-7 mentalities ) and DL 14 on home ( 10-17 mentalities ). width is very narrow and passing is through the middle, i also play short passing ( wingers 4, FCa 2, FC 10 - tomasson is a great passer but not high technique, riquelme 2, fullbacks 6 and CDs 12 - direct so they won't give away the ball to oppo strikers ).
