tight marking and very short passing - key to success??

i found that every tactic i creat used tight marking and very short passing. All very successful and did superb. sometimes feel the game is too easy.... i was try with Norwich, Leeds, Derby... all done well.
so is the tight marking and very short passing is key to success in fm2008 ?

When you say tight marking, do you mean just defenders or team thoroughly?

When you say "sometimes feel the game is too easy" can you post your results, upload your tactics to sustain this afirmation. Maybe you discovered something revolutionary and all other tactic threads need to be closed or ignored.
