I recently started with Feyenoord and their original formation was a 5-3-2 sweeper and I changed it to a 4-3-1-2 but it still says it's a 5-3-2 sweeper. What am I doing wrong? Do I have to do something besides change the position chart?

It's just the name of the tactic, you would need to save it under a different name for the name to change. It will perform exactly the same either way though as long as you moved the position of the players on the formation screen.
