I wanted to see if you guys know how to get around this problem im having, he has only 2 years remainig on his contract and asking for 43,000/week which is very reasonable for ass man like him but the board only willing to back up 28,000 and this was the same last year (game time) i wanna lock him down to 5 year contract because his such a talented ass man, how do i get around this????
Also, any other quality top class ass manager in the game?? what are some qualities?

Is it 43,000 pounds or dollars or euros or what?? If thats pounds or euros, you must be kidding me!! Thats nowhere near reasonable man!! 10K is reasonable. I'll go upto 20K even. But 43K??? WOW!!! Thats how much a good player would demand! For more staff, have a look here:
Try to adjust the wage budget. See if that helps. If it doesnt, save your game, sack one or two of your other staff memebers which are not terribly important. That should technically free up some wages but I dont know if the game recognises it. If it does free up the wages, the board should increase their maximum salary you are allowed to offer. If it doesnt work, re-load your save game and go from there I suppose!
