Mika Aaritalo. Everyone seems to rave about him. Try Carlos Vela on loan from Arsenal. He'll score you plenty in the season as well. Also, if Sunderland has been relegated, try Kenwyne Jones. He seems to score quite a few as well.
Really? I though Mika went to almost any club that came in for him. I suppose you did try offering him a key role?
Someone else was having the same problem as regards to being a smallish club but cant attract players etc. Read there that he got Hernan Crespo on loan from Chelsea. If you can get that, you'll do well because he will certainly get you a lot of goals.
