so i have finished my 1st season and now have a belgium feeder club brillant for the brazil kids
but what attributes should i be looking for

Look for Brazilian kids with good physical attributes. You will come across many with good dribbling, technique, passing, etc - but not so many with good physical attributes, and they are key to doing well in the big leagues.
