1st of all your team needs to have a higher reputation than the player's existing team. Start off by saying something like he's going to be a star player or thinking of signing the player.Then keep bidding at lower prices than his actual value to make him ****ed at his existing club for rejecting the offers.With luck, he will be transfer listed by request. This works better if your team is a favourite team of the player.
