CAn anyone tell me how to nurture wonderkids and also very promising youngsters into world-class status?
Also are there any criteria to have the world-class
status?

Wonderkids are player who have the potential to be world-class players in the future.

Training and tutoring help, but in my experience the best course of action to follow is to give them as much first-team football as you can, easing them into your style by using them for the easier games at first.

From what i gather World Class/Wonderkid has with PA and Reputation to do, to become World CLass a player needs 185+ pa and high reputation and Wonderkids are usually around 150+ pa and under 21 with good reputation as well. I could be wrong but thats how i think it is :p
