I say buy!. Because

a) He is a rather good captain ( he's my captain and we win win and win with him putting in awe-inspiring performances whne team's down)

b) He can play anywhere across the field (midfield and forward). And he can win balls, has amazing speed and his shooting is rather impressive.

c) He can more then compensate the rather skilful but inconsistent ronaldinho
