I would say you need a new centre back who is a bit younger. I suggest Breno of Sao Paulo or Francisco Javier Rodriguez as replacements. They cost around 5-6 million so that leaves you with plenty of money to strengthen elsewhere. Matias Fernandez would be a great target but you do not have to spend the money for the sake of it.

Replace Murphy, Sol, Pamarot, Taylor imo. Kranjcar is better from my experience or try Muntari there.

Also try to sign Jermain Defoe, did great for me up front with Utaka, perhaps try playing Utaka upfront to get the best out of him. Gouffran would make a great RM if you were to do that.

Defence is quite weak, try for Onuoha or Breno if you can, or both if they're not too expensive. LB and RB are very weak imo (though Noe is awesome irl).
