Okay second season of grimsby town and im doing okay, but with my standard of players ive pulled in (they could win me the league if they worked well) and its just really doing my head in.

I need some advise, i have 0 transfer and only a 20k wage budget which im 1.5k over, but pulling in 100k profit a month.
