I've noticed an anomoly with loans in FM06, out on loan not taking in a loanée.

Team "A" comes in with an offer for a loan, you accept the offer (but say you want to be able to recall the guy in case of injuries, etc.), they accept...and your Club refuse the request.

Checking the transfer status the guys are available for loan, available for transfer, but when push comes to shove the loan doesn't go through.

Have any of you noticed this?

Can't say I've seen this and I have had a few players out on loan.
On young DC, I specifically demanded the right to recall him and the loan went through fine.

I can safely say that I have never loaned a player whilst in the lower leagues!

I have not experienced this when I have been able to loan players, but then I don't request the right to recall.

I once loaned a player out until the end of the season, but he never came back

That was two seasons ago. He's still at the club I loaned him to and he still shows as being on loan in his status screen.

Never had any problems with loans...
