Following 1. relegation
2. being sacked
3. 26 job applications
4. 4 months unemployment
I get offered a job. I'm so excited that I don't even bother looking at the player listand just say yes. Next stop is spending 6 days finding and recruiting staff.
Then, and only then, do I bother seeing what sort of a team I have inherited....
There are 30 players of which only 28 are 15 years old !! 
I've taken over Kindergarten United !!!

With 28 15yo players you don't need to spend a penny for at least 15 years :thup:

Reminds me of Simon in the Zealot Online game. He would almost exclusively sign kids under the age of 17 and former stars who were well past it. Imagine drunk ex England genius playing now, and it's of that ilk.

That's right: found drunk ex-England football genius playing in his mid 40s for some Serie C team, didn't he? He played one or two games for Simon and then retired?

Which country are you in? In England the 15 yr olds won't be allowed to play competitive matches.

They can on the game though. A few incarnations of the game back, Portsmouth had a stupidly young Thai player (I think he started the game at 14) and he was able to play if you needed him to!
