Ah. well a bit of googling for your lot gave me the next precious information.

A plurk is in fact even a real word over here recognized by a major dictionary meaning: a unmannerly person.

It's origin is coming from two different Dutch words: A PLoert (almost untranslatable; ~ cheat, crook, rogue, scoundrel) mixed with a schURK (villain, scoundrel).

It's a very nice thing to see indeed
