Even given your propensity for not using capital letters, I will assist you here. Taipan's guide just shows the average and highest number of Assistants, Coaches, Physios and Scouts for those leagues listed. I think this was based on CM04 (correct me someone if this is wrong).

As you can see in the conference league, the average number Assistants was 1, coaches 2, physios 1 and Scouts 1. It was suggested at the time that this was a good guide to realism. I would suggest that the ECS/N would be about the same.

The guide should not be used to justify having 3 assistants, 3 coaches, 2 scouts and 2 physios, because it is unlikely that the team with 3 assistants has any coaches at all.

Having said all that I am sure that most LLaMas do not need to be force fed with information about what they should or should not do. Realism is the key, if you think it is realistic then do not try to justify it to me, play the game your own way.

i only need one scout, one physio and 3/4 coaches/ass man.

thats probably bad but i like to play that way.

besides i dont use my ass man much anyway, only when i first join the club and want a team report as i dont know the team.

oh and btw i will never revert to using capitals, as people taht use them are prejudissed (sp?) against the only the letters by highlighting the importance of single letters, whereas i believe that all letters should be considered and viewed as equal.
