Muy goal is to berat Linfeidl before I move on. I'd really like to go places in Europe too, but I reckon that will be hard. Feel I get spanked every time we think about Europte..

Season 2010/11
Annagh Utd - Northern Irish Premier Division

Board again wanted safe mid-table. Fans however wanted Europe, and so did I.

Still impossible to find quality players willing to sign, but some youngsters wanted in. Signed 9 players for a combined fee of 50K. Among them an AML and ST that were both brilliant. AML aged 17, ripped the league apart with 6 goals and 17 assists in 32 games. Average 7.91 (8.18 :eek: in the league). Striker, also aged 17, got some games due to injuries, and basically never stopped scoring. Ended with 28 goals in 30(10), which is a new club record.

12 player sold for 160K, including 100K for a very promising DC bought the season before. The dough was just too good to turn down.

Linfield was once again untouchable. They stormed the league and won with 74 points of a possible 90. We had a good fight with Cliftonville for 2nd. Beat them in a 6-pointer at home, and that settled it.

Cups were pooh apart from the All-Ireland Cup. This is a real money-shaker. Its schedule sucks arse though as it's right in the nail-biting end-season, so the kids were let lose. Just got through the group stage after beating Linfield 5-3 home in a close game. Lady luck smiled on us from there on. Beat Shelbourne (Irish champions) on pens after a 1-1 draw where they got a man sent off early on. Same thing happened in the final against Linfield. They get a man sent off within the first 15mins, and we draw them 1-1. Beat them on pens to lift the trophy.

Drew Dunfermline Ath in UEFA Cup 1st Qual Round. Lost 1-2 away, but beat them 4-1 at home.
A tough draw v Austria Wien in 2nd Qual Round. We put up a good fight, but lost 2-3 away, and only managed 0-0 at home.

Due to massive prize-money in All-Ireland Cup and good attendances away in the UEFA Cup we are now 1 million in the black :thup:

Forgot a few things.

The brilliant AML was voted Young Player of the Year, and he won Ulster Player of the Year. 23yo MC got 2nd in Player of the Year.

On January 30th Norway approached me for the national job. I accepted after some thinking.

FA and fans want us to progress to Euro 2012, and I hope we can achieve that.

Luckily the first game was a friendly. Beat Liechtenstein 2-1 after 17-1 shots

Unfortunetely there are only two Norwegian goalkeepers in my game, and one of them has been injured for months. The other one is 17 and is crap.

After he handed a goal to their striker we drew Israel 2-2 away.

In a bizarre match we beat France 4-3 home after they outshot us 24-8. Good to see it goes the other way sometimes too.

Then we slayed Armenia 5-0 at home. We are in the playoff if we avoid defeat away to Belarus and home to Israel. I assume France will humiliate us at their ground in the final match.

What is the norm on national job updates? Follow the normal season (June-May) or the calendar year?

I've "always" called myself Pangaea. I'm a bit interesting in geology and stuff like that, and Pangaea is the name of the continent that existed a few summers ago when all the current continents were still stuck together. And my real name starts with a P, so I thought it was quite fitting. Had the nickname ever since.
