Hi

I have been playing cm since 1993/94 season and emjoyed it since.

I've managed many teams, but when it comes to English lower divisions the main thing that stops me is the amount of matches played and the larger squad size required to get a consistant side each match. Also at lower levels I find the stamina and fitness does not help either!

So I have to say well done to those of you that manage lower divisions in England and especially if you are not English.

To be honest, I'm tired of all the other leagues and I want to hit up English Confrence league and bring up a side to the premiership in less than 20 years.

So before I ask what team, I ask for advice and suggestions in all aspects of managing one of these teams. I need to know how to train them just right so they are not tired and so I can do my best to get a consistent team.

It's patently obvious you've come in here to have a laugh. First post asking for tips, second "What have I done now?" - have you done something in here before? If so, why do something else?

Read the rules regarding updates and write away, it'll be read, but I fail to see why you need to say "I know nobody will read it but somebody might.."

...unless you're the latter.

Is this what happens to all new people? If so I'm amazed at how so many people have join this website :/

but anyway I honestly need help but I've already made my decision and will post a breif story.

Mmmm... I guess I now know why the other thread was forum rules non-compliant.

Shostfrock, reading (and understanding) the header and the Forum Rules and LLM guidelines would be most recommendable if you're plannning on posting here.

I would also recommend reading some of the other threads in this forum to try and get an idea of what's good LLM practice ... and what isn't.

Otherwise I fear that you'll soon be shown where the door is ...
