Default Farnborough Town: Journey to the Premiership

There's no rule that says you can only post the first three seasons.

Successive promotions! KUTGW!

I fondly remember Farnborough, they were my first foray into LLM, back on 01/02.

Ah, I just noticed...Argentine striker? How did you find him?

What the postboosting Canadian said

Except my memorable foray with Farnborough was with CM0304. I went on to manage Bury in that save and still have a soft spot for them also.

I like the fact that you chose them because you thought they were a 'bigger' club. Makes a nice change from those that come along and say "So, I am FM God, who is the hardest team to manage"

Hmmm...Argie striker.

Will Agger_Do be forced to "push pineapple, shake a tree"?

He should be more worried about where we might push the pineapple, unless he has a good story about the Argie striker.

You reckon he may have to "jump up and down and to the knees"?

I'm waiting for the explanation (and the sworn avidavit that he followed all the guidelines) as well

But, without some other knowledge how would it be possible to find an Argie that would agree to join you if he wasn't already running around in the lower reaches of English football. By that I am assuming Agger doesn't have other knowledge and a scout working locally picked him up.

That said, he did go on to sell him to a Championship side.....hhmmmm!
