I know we all have our own pet annoyances in the game but how about a thread about what makes us keep coming back? The little things that put a smile on our face while playing.
I'll go first. I love it when my $SenileScout finally unearth a gem in the middle of all the @#$! he comes up with. Some young player that develop well, helps you achieve something (midtable? ) for a couple of years then you get to sell him and have financial security for another couple of years.

After 9 goals in his first eleven games, the bugger's been recalled to the Jockland international team (after two years in the wilderness) and now he wants a new and improved contract
