I can't afford new scouts. The compensation I have to pay to other clubs when I place application for one is too expensive for my liking, so I'm stuck with the scout I had at the start.

Well, to be honest I signed up loooooooooooong ago! I sorta play my FM/CM in spurts... I had a downtime regarding FM when Civ4 got released... I sorta forgot all other games, but i've found my drive again now!

And regarding my 4 promotions, first one's were largely thanks to my wingers who created goalscoring chances in abundance, and the others is thanks is thanks to Scottie McYoungblood who is by all accounts an offensive powerhouse. It is certainly not due to my defense, we sorta play with the mantra "Score more than they do, then all will be well", which leads to loadsa high scoring games, but sadly not the best defense..

I could post a screenshot of Scottie but I can't remember if it's against the rules. He is a gem though, best schoolboy i've ever signed.
