Hi i no this is probably the wrong place, and i know its a long shot but, i have a psp and it is faulty( it wont hold its charge) i got it from woolies, i want to return it, and want to know what happens, do they replace or send it away or what

It probably depends on their returns policy. Most stores tend to have a period of time where you can return your purchase and have it replaced when it's faulty.

If you're outside that period then it's likely you may need to have it sent back off to Sony for replacement or repair.

The best thing to do is pop into Woolworths and ask them. You should be able to get it sorted out one way or another.

thnaks neil, another thing is, is there any accesorie that, takes the scrathes off as mine come from no where and its ruining my psp

There are protective cases, screen protectors and special cloths that you can use to stop scratches and smudges from getting on the screen. Try your local Game/Gamestation for those mate.
