Has anyone else noticed this.

I have had Cygan sent off 3 times this year each for straight reds but each time he only picked up a 1 games suspension, surely he should be getting 3 games for relistic purposes. Or is it dependent on the reason he got sent off?

Anyone else have any thoughts

The length of bans for dismissals is partially dependant on the offense in question, violent conduct etc. leading to more lengthly bans than other offenses (and punching referee's being worst of all).

I believe the rule was changed recently so a straight red only gets a 1 game ban, but it can be extended by a panel who review red cards if they think it was a bad offence.

In the game you will sometimes get a news message saying a ban has been extended.

My red cards keep getting extended to a second game for outfield players, fortunately my keeper who has got sent off 3 or 4 times in 2 seasons, 1 was a friendly tohugh, has never had it exended as I really need to gt a spare goalkeeper as I do not trust Henderson on the game.
