Any tips on training?

I am winning games but 4-3 and 3-2, I know millwall don't have the best defence but is there anyway to reduce the amount of goals i conceed, either by training or buying young cheap players

Well there are some good defeneders.

Garay,Paletta,Zubar,Gioda

For training i would recomend Fitness Intensive,tactics medium,Attack and goalkeeping none,Defensive intensive,Motivational medium

Thanks for that, need to save for those defenders i only got a 55k transfer budget.

On the training front, whould your tip apply to the individual areas as well as general?

Could be a custom player i.e. one made up that is only present on his game.. *shruggs*
