Default 7.0.1 beta vs 7.0

I have today off and I want to start a new 08 career, now as the finished patch isn't out yet what do you think is the best option? To play with the 7.0 version or to patch it with the beta. What gives you the best playing experience?

I always laughed at people who don't install patches, because patches improve the game. However, this is a beta patch and it has created some new problems as well I heard.

Beta. My tactic really took off after I patched up.

I don't want to wait, I want to play. The patch will be save game compatible anyway. You never know what happens, maybe after patch 8.0.1 there will come up some unseen bugs still etc. That way you will wait forever and that is not what I bought the game for.
