When I left Hibs for Zaragoza my Assistant followed me becuase I was one of his favoured personnel. I've never noticed that before now. (mainly becuase I take 1 big team and stick with them)

I love the way you can make players available for the reserves while keeping them in the first team squad. Very helpful, and saves a lot of time.
