wait... when you check your own players reports... its the ASS manager that gives you the feedback. only scouted players have scouts giving you feedback

Ever heard of the old saying "the difference between good players and great players is the first touch", if you look at his first touch attribute you might have an explanation. Besides he has some qualities but he isn't a world class player, at best a back-up at a big club. Think 3 stars might even be too much considering the star system compares to what you have and at big clubs you rarely see anything more than 4 stars and he would be 6th choice so he isn't exactly a great buy IMO.
