Theres a notepad thing you can use, not to sure.

Whatever it des do it does NOT allow you to actually be chairman. You only play as manager in the game. If I remember correctly this is only a cosmetic thing where a name you put in a notepad file will buy the club, or something to that extent.

Oh, and please use the english language as properly as possible, helps us from the rest of the world understand you better.

iirc. It allows your name to be used as an investor in the future in the game. :thup:
