I also deleted McClaren, but I replaced him with Jose Mourinho since he was doing nothing else and he's my favourite candidate anyway, even though Capello or Lippi would probably do a better job in the game.

Jose Mourinho would be my best bet to.
After Chelsea gave him the boot, i made him a staff member that could do all the jobs, and he ended up as Ass Man at Preston lol
