I have a question and would be pleased if someone helped me a bit.
I am playing with a spanish primera team and a have only one foreign player, who already has enough days in Italy completed to gain their nationality. So his status is now "considering citizenship". Knowing this, I brought 3 non EU players to my squad, hoping that the man I already had would soon get the Italian nationality. But that is not the case, so now I can only register 2 of those 3 reinforcements.
So what I'm asking is, if there's a possibility to convince the player to apply for Italian citizenship, or do I have to register the new player in B team or send him out on loan to a feeder club untill one of them gains a nationality?
to gain the nationality of the country you must be playing in that country. so the person who is considering italian citizenship has to go to italy to gain it even though it says he is considering it while playing in spain.
