Its well executed, don't really get it. I think it would be better if the bg was green as it would match the shoe colour.

ok first of all, there was some thought that went into that wall although it might look senseless!

I saw this stock image of this really retro looking shoe and i thought, for some reason that it was very 'basketball' and very 'old-school'. I had given up on it quite a while back but posted it on here to see if somebody could help me out.

And now, after reading Niran's comment, i've come up with a v2, which i think looks better -
