Right then a question for you guys:

Which stadium pack would you say is better?
Big_Bob or Beefster?

Which one contains most images?

Which one contains all teams in ALL English playable leagues?

And what skin should i use with
1. Big_Bob?
2. Beefster?

big_bob deffinatley...Beefster's one is good as well but i prefer Big_Bob's pack

id have to say both :p both do a fantastic job (big_Bob has excellent quality but Beefster was 1st background pack i downloaded and made a huge difference to my gaming experience and he also has a massive range of pictures)and by mixing and matching (hope you two dont mind) you can get exactly what your looking for. top work guys :thup:

If i downloaded both of the packs would it work?

Ie: What Big_Bob doesn't have Beefster pack will show them on my game?

I'll hold my hand up and say I made a schoolboy error a few years ago by having a single folder with the pics....and when it was made clear that FM07 could show pics I then made an even bigger schoolboy error of re-naming every picture to its ID number.....

I haven't got the time to split the 630 pics into seperate countries....i've got a new baby that's taking a bit of the evening away !.........and there's a few of them I don't recognise either after all these years and are probably from some Hungarian 2nd division team or something !...so would have to put them into an 'others' folder !

re the quality - as I've mentioned a few times, I always want to have a side-on picture of the pitch, so that the match-day gives the left/right feel to watching a game....hence some, but not that big a proportion, of my pics may not be the clearest - but that's not really the point - they are 'background' pics and give a subliminal/peripheral feel to the 'action' of match-day.

in any case....I also use my pack as the source of my screen-saver.....and play a bit of 'name-the-stadium' when it's changing...


ps - Anyone who creates a pack deserves a pat on the back.....and none are perfect....and yes merging and pinching from other packs is fair game...that's what I've done over the last 10 years !

Awww this thread is unfair, I tried beefsters pack first off, first time I ever heard of packs like this for the fm series, he got me hocked on them, I mean come on 600 odd pictures, how the flip I can't even name 20 stadiums let alone get pictures for them ha ha.

In all honesty this wasnt ment as a competition thread....'my packs better than yours'....i appreciate alot of time went into both of your packs and considering there made for your own enjoyment and you decide to share them with us is amazing.

This was mainly made to guide people in the right direction for which ones contain what and what sin to use with packs.

Which by the way i recomend using Sleek Skin its amazing.
