I've seen on a few screenshots that have team logos appearing next to faces on player and staff profiles. Does anybody know how I can get these in my game?

you can download these facepacks from this forum, www.sortitoutsi.net, www.fmweegieupdate.com, www.goal-kick.com, and a number of other sites. you just have to have a look around. With regards to where to put them do this:
my documents--->sports interactive--->football manager 2007--->graphics

stick all ur graphics in there, and untick skin cache in your preferences in the game and voila, should work.

I know you can download faces, I have loads, what I mean is that you can have, for instance, the Manchester United logo appear next to Rooneys face just above where it says his nationality. I'll try and find where I saw the picture and try and post it.

depends on what skin you are using. the one in the pic is lightning skin, i think. the new version of the sleek fm skin has the badges next to the face.
