i'm trying to put a background pic into the game for liverpool so that it shows whenever i'm on the club screen. I've tried to create a xml file but what am i doing wrong?

Everytime i put this info in and then reload skin it comes up with this message

not well formed (invalid token)at line 17 of config.xml

You're missing a quote before liverpool.

thanks for the reply. I've tried what you've said and the error message has gone but i still can't get the liverpool pic to show up on the squad screen or anything. Any ideas?

I'm presuming the file "liverpool.png" is in the same folder as the config.xml and both are somewhere in the folder mydocs\si\fm08\graphics ...

For backgrounds, you need to specify which side the background image is for, right or left.

i've just tried what you've said but still no luck. I just keep getting this premier league background under everything even though i've deleted the picture.

Are you unticking "Use skin cache" and ticking "Reload on confirm" in Preferences > Graphics and Sound ?

yes i am. That's the first thing i remembered. I just can't get rid of the barc prem pic for some reason. This is how the config file looks now.

Are you using a skin other than the default, which contains a \graphics folder and some files that may be over-riding the global one?
