Thanks for that mate..well everything seems to be running except i dontknow how to use it.

Every time i search for a player...i get no results..Help

In future if you have a question about Genie Scout we will be happy to help but post it in the original thread please.

Patch FM to 7.0.2
Download the latest Scout from the main thread link
Unzip the programme and drag the .exe folder onto the desktop to create a shortcut.
Open the programme and go to File, Load last game.
Once that is loaded, go to search and select player. staff or team.
If player, select one of the fields in the search screen and hit OK
There is no specific help file so you will have to do what we all do and that is trial and error.

ok thanks for that..Butall i am saying is that i cant get results...

Example..

I type in "Henry"

And i get no results...same if i type in anything!!

There is no reason that this should not work if the versions of FM and Scout are compatible and the Scout is prperly dowmloaded so I cant help.

Please advise exactly which versions of the game and Scout you are using.

I have this exact same error messgae. I have my game updated to 7.02 and have the latest version of FM Genie v.1.00 RC3. I have FM on another computer with Genie and it works fine. The computer I'm having a problem with is running the new Windows Vista Premium OS.
